EDMONTON, Alberta –  Capital play free casino games Corporation (TSX: CPX) (Capital play free casino games or the Company) announced today that it has completed its previously announced public offering of 7,480,750 common shares, which included 975,750 common shares issued pursuant to the full exercise of the over-allotment option, at an issue price of .45 per common share (the Offering Price) for total gross proceeds of approximately 8 million (the Offering).
